The SERA Whistleblower System is an application for reporting fraud within PT. Serasi Autoraya and its subsidiaries.

What do you know about the Ethics Violation Committee (KPE)? The KPE is a committee established/appointed by the board of directors. Its primary duty is to receive and verify reports from employees and other parties acting in good faith to report alleged violations by employees in the form of deviations and violations of Business and Work Ethics, as well as other material/significant violations, as long as the reports are based on facts and relevant to the Company's business.

You can report fraudulent acts through this website by including a chronology of events and initial evidence of the ethical violation.
After submitting a report through this website, you will receive a token that you can use to check the status of your report. Reporting statuses consist of five levels:

System Accepted: Your report has been recorded in the system and is ready for review.
Processed by KPE: Your report has been reviewed by KPE. You are now waiting to see whether your report will proceed to the Investigation Phase or require further investigation before the Investigation Phase begins.
Investigation Process: Your report has entered the Investigation Phase. The Investigator team is currently gathering evidence related to your report.
Report Rejected: Your report was rejected by KPE because it did not meet the initial criteria for processing by KPE and Investigators.
Investigation Completed: The investigation process for your report has been completed. The investigative team is currently preparing the final report.

3. We guarantee the confidentiality of the reporter's identity and reporting information in accordance with Board of Directors Decree 004/SK/DIR/SERA-CIARM/VII/2014.

You can check your report periodically with the reporting status: Received, processed by KPE, investigation process, report rejected or investigation completed.
