As a growing company, SERA recognizes the importance of occupational safety, health, and the environment (OHS) in conducting business. We are committed to minimizing potential risks in our activities, including risks related to occupational safety, health, and the environment (OHS). This commitment aims to ensure that there are no workplace accidents, employee health problems, or environmental pollution that could hamper the company's operational processes. We have systematically implemented OHS risk prevention using the PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Action) method and are certified to OHSAS 18001:2007 (Occupational Safety and Health Management System Standard/SMK3) and adhere to the SMK3 in accordance with Government Regulation Number 50 of 2012. In its implementation, these risk controls include:
1. Travel Management Program, Driving Safety, Chemical Control, Vehicle Maintenance Safety, and conducting investigations into workplace accidents and implementing corrective and preventative measures.
2. Programs to ensure employee readiness for work through regular medical check-ups (Medical Check-Ups/MCUs), fatigue management and screening (Fatigue Tests), and drug and alcohol testing.
3. Environmental protection programs through waste management that meets requirements and environmentally friendly logistics transportation operations (Green Transport), such as vehicle emissions compliance, waste management (B3/Hazardous, Toxic, and Non-B3 Materials), and program effectiveness and efficiency in natural resource use.
4. Development of programs related to Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) and the Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS).
5. Regular K3L awareness and awareness campaigns for employees and related parties regarding Occupational Safety, Driving Safety, Healthy Living Behavior, and Environmentally Friendly Behavior.
