SERA Whistle Blowing System

In its efforts to realize a high-performing, law-abiding company that practices clean and ethical business practices, SERA is committed to implementing Good Corporate Governance (GCG).

The Whistleblowing System is a crucial system implemented by SERA, whose success is greatly influenced by the participation of all parties and the full support of company leadership.

The SERA Whistleblowing System encompasses the following five principles:

TRANSPARENCY

RESPONSIBILITY

INDEPENDENCY

ACCOUNTABILITY

FAIRNESS

Based on Decree (SK) No. 004/SK/DIR/SERA-CIARM/VII/2014, the company assigned the Corporate Internal Audit (CIA) Department and the Ethics Violations Committee (KPE) to manage the Whistleblowing System, which includes managing incoming reports, communicating with whistleblowers, conducting interviews, and obtaining supporting information for follow-up on reports.

The Whistleblowing System allows all SERA employees and other stakeholders to submit reports of suspected violations, fraud, and other forms of ethical violations. The company guarantees the confidentiality of identities and provides protection to whistleblowers.
